When it comes to cosmetic products, household goods, foods, etc… Our high speed continuous motion assembly machines are designed to gently handle these products. Some of our customers are very meticulous when it comes to the quality of the finish on their products that they use microscopes to inspect for unwanted markings and foreign partials. Our continuous motion assembly machine can assemble parts at high speeds ranging from 100-3000 parts per minute. All our designs incorporate rugged and compact mechanisms and turrets.
Feeding Systems
PHED Corp. designs and manufactures feeding systems that provide precise – as well as gentle – part and product feeding. We provide engineering expertise to ensure that your requirements are satisfied. PHED Corp. is a leader in supplying centrifugal feeders, pre-feeders, bottle un-scramblers for all types of parts handling and feeding applications. Additionally we incorporate our regenerative air powered tracks which are able to transfer and accumulate parts on a non-moving surface. Air tracks consist of non-moving components, resulting in less maintenance, less wear and tear on your parts and no dirty compressed air.
We Get it Right the First Time
Machine controls, there is no guesswork or cutting corners, we first start charting your specific requirements, build a flowchart for the sequence of operations, design and built the controls panel, write the PLC program, bench test and debug, then interface with the machine. Our panels meet or exceeds the NFPA79 Standards for Industrial Machinery and CEVIEC 60204 Standards for Electrical Safety. All our panels are UL ready which makes it easy to acquire UL certification. In addition we supply a complete electrical documentations along with all the manufacturer’s manuals, complete parts list and more.
